CANCELLATION FEES
The Desert Palms Alice Springs will accept your cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours before your arrival. This is defined as being before 2pm (the resorts check-in time) two days before you are due to stay. Failure to arrive will result in a no show charge. Cancellation / no show fee equals the first night of your stay. A 10% fee will apply to all prepaid deposits if the booking is cancelled.
